Hi, I'm Will Maag, a senior at Salisbury University majoring in marketing and a student-athlete on the Salisbury lacrosse team.
I was born in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and grew up in Burke, Virginia. I've always been curious about what makes people choose one brand over another, and that's a big part of what drew me to marketing. I love figuring out what makes people care about a brand, and creating the moments that bring consumers and brands together.
Most recently, I worked as a Marketing Creative Director Intern with Ohana Growth Partners, a Planet Fitness franchisee. There, I helped promote the company's 100th Planet Fitness club opening in Randallstown, Maryland. The project gave me hands-on experience creating campaign content and building excitement for a major brand milestone in a local community.
Playing college lacrosse while completing my degree has taught me discipline, time management and how to perform as part of a team. I bring that same work ethic and competitive drive to every project.
